Privacy Policy

Current version dated September 14, 2026.

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails. “The Law” below means the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI “On Personal Data Protection”.

1. Who we are

The controller of personal data and owner of the website is individual entrepreneur Miroshnyk Vladyslav Anatoliiovych, brand NEUROASTRIS (hereinafter “we”). Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; we provide the full address at the request of the data subject. For questions about data processing, contact us by phone at +380 77 508 59 90 or on Telegram @neuroastris.

2. What data we collect

Through the request form we receive only what you provide yourself:

  • step 1 — your name, one way to contact you (phone, email or Telegram username) and a short description of the task;
  • step 2, optionally, — project type, estimated budget, desired timeline and details.

The following is sent automatically with the request:

  • the page it was sent from;
  • UTM tags and the website you came from;
  • your choice in the “Build your system” builder, if you used it;
  • a technical request number.

To protect against spam, your IP address is processed: it is needed only to check that the request does not come from a bot, and it is stored for no longer than 10 minutes. Our services are intended for businesses; we knowingly do not collect data of persons under 18 years of age.

3. When the data reaches us

Your name, contact method and task description reach us after you click “Next” on the first step, before the “Send request” button. This way we can contact you even if the second step is left blank. That is why you give your consent already on the first step. The rest of the data arrives after “Send request”.

4. Purpose and legal grounds

We process data to contact you about your request, prepare a proposal and continue communication on the project. Grounds:

  • your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form;
  • steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (clauses 1 and 3 of part 1 of Article 11 of the Law).

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. We do not sell data, do not pass it on for advertising and do not send mailings without your consent.

5. Who else has access to the data

The data is processed by services without which the website and the form cannot work:

  • Cloudflare — receives and checks the request, protects the form from spam;
  • Telegram — work notifications about new requests;
  • a CRM system — record-keeping of requests and communication;
  • Google Fonts — the website's fonts; when they load, Google receives your device's IP address;
  • the website's hosting provider — technical server access logs.

Servers of some of these services are located outside Ukraine, in particular in the USA and the UAE. By ticking the consent box in the form, you also agree to the transfer of data to these services, including outside Ukraine (Article 29 of the Law). Only we and persons who work with us under contract and are obliged to maintain confidentiality have access to requests.

6. How long we keep data

  • requests that did not lead to a contract — up to 1 year from the last contact;
  • client data — up to 3 years after the contract ends (the general limitation period, Article 257 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).

If you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data, we will delete it within 30 calendar days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. How we protect data

Data from the website is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the persons named in section 5 have access to requests.

8. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law, you have the right to:

  • know the sources of collection and the location of your data, the purpose of its processing, and the location of the controller and processors;
  • receive information about the conditions of access to the data, in particular about third parties to whom it is transferred;
  • access your data;
  • receive a response to a request no later than within 30 calendar days;
  • submit a reasoned objection to the processing;
  • demand that data be changed or destroyed if it is inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
  • protection against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage of data;
  • make reservations restricting processing when giving consent;
  • withdraw consent;
  • know the mechanism of automatic processing; we do not make automated decisions about you;
  • file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court.

To exercise your rights, message us on Telegram or call us.

9. Cookies and data in your browser

The website does not use cookies. Your browser (localStorage) stores only the source of your first visit to the website and your choice in the “Build your system” builder. They stay on your device and reach us only together with a request. You can delete them in your browser settings. Web analytics is not connected at the moment: we will update this policy before connecting it.

10. Changes to this policy
